Can Ashton Resist Dante's Inferno?

Goodreads:

Blurb:
Locked-down at a Los Angeles intervention facility, everyone around Dante Dupont and his Black Ice band mate, Ashton Lane, thought this would fix the issues between them. Dante and Ashton knew differently. What made this a hundred times worse was the fact they were stuck in this room together. They hadn't shared space like this since the one afternoon they both wanted to forget. And, revisiting that nightmare was not an option . . . with or without the help of a therapist.
Two musicians. Same band. Afraid to admit their true feelings, being in close quarters again has them both at their breaking point. They say if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, but neither of them can find a reason to leave, and fighting the fire is becoming more and more difficult to do.
Dante's baggage isn't pretty and his scars run deep, but Ashton might be the one to finally see beyond his past and help him find a way out from the smoke screen he's spent his life hiding behind. In order to get there, though, they'll both have to walk through the flames.

Excerpt:
Ashton slid closer to Dante on the couch. His hand gripped the back of Dante's neck. “You survived,” he said, elongating the last word. “The fact you came out of that hellish existence to be the man I know you are today is a fucking miracle.”
Dante turned into Ashton. He dropped his head to Ashton's shoulder and his lips feathered over the soft skin behind Ashton's ear. “I know I survived, Ashes, but living through it makes me feel dirty,” Dante said softly. “For you, I wish I could be more, because you fucking deserve it.”
“Everything you are right now is enough for me,” Ashton chuckled and nuzzled his nose into Dante's hair. “Besides, I can barely handle you as it is. If there were more of you . . . Jesus, I can't even imagine that.”
Dante leaned back to see Ashton's eyes and grinned at the lightness he saw in them. Somehow, Ashton always made things feel better. Easier. “Not what I meant, but I'll take it.”

Review:

*****4.5 Stars*****
This was honestly my favorite Rock Gods book so far......
I don't know what it is about these boys that I just loved but they were "it" for me. Dante is such a hard case that you want to punch and hug at the same time. He brings on a lot of his current heartache with his stubborn attitude and steel walls.
Ashton is such a sweet and lovable kid you want to wrap him in bubble wrap and lock him away.
I think the only thing I would have liked was a little more about Ashton's family...... I wonder how they react to the situation and if they would be supportive.
Great book, great series, great author. Thanks again Ann!!
